Cancellation Policy
Any cancellation made less than 24 hours prior to the appointment will result in a cancellation fee. The cancellation fee will be equal to 50% of the reserved services. A valid card will be required to put on file before booking. In the case where I have to charge a fee, if there is an invalid card on file and/or has insufficient funds you will have 1 warning before you are banned from booking online without pre-paying for your service. In the event of a true, unavoidable emergency, all or part of your cancellation fee MAY be applied to future services. A no call-no show is subject to a 50% reserved services fee.
I have a 10 minute grace period before you are considered late to your appointment and considered a no call-no show. The same charges apply.
